You don’t. That’s probably not the answer you were expecting. But if you simply do not have the time… if your entire day is filled up with important little things like work and school, you might not have a half hour block to carve out. But you should still work out. Just don’t set aside time to do it. Confused yet? Here are a couple tips I picked up when I started strength training in earnest.
A word of caution: this is all assuming you’re doing a small amount of exercise at a time. If you’re planning on doing large numbers of repetitions or extremely difficult exercises, make sure to warm up first! Action point: Incorporate exercise into your daily routine instead of trying to budget time that you just don’t have Purpose: Giving yourself the time to take care of your fitness

Me and my siblings just usually awkwardly squat in un-synchronization while we brush our teeth at the basin. X'D These are some pretty neat ideas, though! Might have to try them!
